Greetings,

I paid for take the MS-102 Exam and I don't see that it is scheduled. I show the payment has been taken out of my bank account. I am requesting help with verifying that my test is scheduled. Thank you.

Use the Learn profile and the certification dashboard to verify whether the MS-102 exam is actually scheduled.

    1. Sign in to the Learn profile and open the Credentials page (Certifications tab):
      https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
If the booking is successful, the MS-102 exam appointment appears there.
    2. If no exam appointment is listed, the payment may have been processed without a completed booking. In that case, use the Certification Support channel to investigate and correct the issue:
Go to https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport and open a support request describing that payment was taken but the MS-102 exam does not appear as scheduled.
    3. If the issue is related to Pearson VUE (for example, an error during scheduling), Certification Support or Pearson VUE support (linked from the Certification Support page) can check the Pearson VUE side and confirm or fix the appointment.

If an appointment is visible in the Learn profile but no confirmation email was received, the Learn profile view is the authoritative source that the exam is scheduled.
