I am unable to register as a Microsoft Store partner.

The system indicates that my legal information and employment verification have not been approved. The verification status shows as "Rejected". There is a "Resolve" button, but after I upload the requested documents, I receive no feedback or instructions whatsoever. It was also incredibly difficult for me to even find this support page.
