How do I activate edge browsing streak on rewards?

Hello,

I am facing an issue with activating the Edge Browsing Streak (30 minutes daily usage).

When I click on “Get started” or “Activate streak”, it redirects me to Bing or an information page and nothing gets activated. There is no confirmation or progress shown.

I am a Microsoft Rewards Gold member, and this feature is already working on one of my other accounts under similar conditions. However, on this account it does not activate even though I appear to be eligible and in a supported region.

Things I have already tried:

Using Microsoft Edge while signed into my account

Opening the Rewards dashboard directly

Clicking the activation option multiple times

Keeping a consistent region setup

The issue still continues.

I would like to know:

Is this feature enabled account-wise or region-wise?

Does Gold membership affect eligibility?

Is this a known issue with the activation process?

Any help would be appreciated.

According to the support information, the description is as follows:

“The Edge Browsing Streak offer is available to select Microsoft Rewards members

in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia,

and Japan.”

Since it is available only to select Microsoft Rewards members, it appears that there are certain eligibility conditions, and the offer is not always available to all users at all times.

However, my main concern is why the feature is not activating even when I am accessing it from one of the supported regions mentioned. I have already tried using Edge within those regions, but the browsing streak still does not activate.

Could you please clarify if there are any additional eligibility criteria or account-specific requirements beyond region availability?

Since it states that the offer is available only to select Microsoft Rewards members, I believe this may indicate that your account currently does not have an active Edge Browsing Streak offer.

If the offer is active on your current account, that means Microsoft has enabled it for that specific account. The Edge Browsing Streak offer cannot be manually activated by the user — it is provided only to selected Microsoft Rewards accounts.

For another account, the offer will appear only if Microsoft makes it available for that account as well. There is no setting or action on the user side that can enable it.

If the offer does not appear on the Rewards dashboard for the other account, it means that the account is not currently eligible for this promotion.

Unfortunately, there is no way for a user to make their account eligible for the Edge Browsing Streak offer. This promotion is enabled only by Microsoft for selected Microsoft Rewards accounts, and eligibility cannot be changed or requested from the user side.

If the offer becomes available for your account in the future, it will appear automatically on your Microsoft Rewards dashboard. Until then, there is no action you can take to manually enable it.

I understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but I hope this clarifies how the promotion works.

You gotta login on Edge to be able to earn these points.
I could only activate it after i logged in into Microsoft Edge with synchronizing on...
