In Co-pilot App on Mac, copied or uploaded files (Excel, Python) successfully attach in Copilot Premium Chat/Web, but their contents are not passed through the ingestion pipeline, I believe, so Copilot receives an empty or unreadable payload.
This has been working for 2m - analysing data/modelling. Suddenly stopped.
Restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling co-pilot app hasn't changed anything, nor has Apple OS upgrade.
The failure occurs before any model processing or tokenisation, which is why pasting the same content as plain text works immediately, while uploads always appear “empty” or “cannot be read.”
How do I solve this please.
