Hello,

I no longer have access to my Microsoft account (******@outlook.com) because I am not receiving recovery codes. I completed the AI-900 certification using that account, however, due to my signing in from unknown location they blocked my account. Due to not receiving codes on my recovery address I am unable to log in to my account and tried all possible ways including submitting account recovery forms twice a day for whole week but nothing is working.

Can someone from microsoft just make my certificate public from my account??? so that I can share it with my univeristy and other people to verify it? or just transfer my credentials to my this new account (******@gmail.com)?

Please do not suggest and redirect me back to the account recovery support as it cannot be recovered I tried all possible ways.

Candidate ID: MS1101140961

Exam: AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals)

This is impacting my academic/work requirements, so I would appreciate expedited support.

Thank you.

Account and certification data cannot be accessed, changed, or transferred outside of the official recovery and support processes. Forum moderators and community responders do not have tools or authorization to:

    • Unlock or recover a blocked Microsoft account
    • Make a private certification record public
    • Move exam history/certifications from one Microsoft account to another

Only Microsoft’s official account recovery and support workflows can restore access or help with certification visibility.

    Based on the provided guidance:

    1. For a locked Microsoft account where “Next” or normal sign-in is blocked, the only supported path is to follow the aka.ms link shown on the lock screen and complete the reinstatement form. After submission, a Microsoft Online Safety agent reviews the request and responds by email. Submitting multiple requests can slow the response and support agents cannot bypass this process or directly change account details.
    2. When verification codes are not received or are blocked, Microsoft may temporarily block sign-in or verification due to unusual activity, high volume of requests, or other risk signals. Recommended steps include:
      • Trying another verification method associated with the account (different phone/email, Authenticator, etc.)
      • Trying another network (switching Wi‑Fi/cellular or using a different network)
      • Waiting without repeated attempts, as repeated retries can extend or reset the block window
    3. If sign-in issues persist and self-service recovery is not working, the next step is to contact Microsoft Support using any working account (including a newly created one). Support can:
      • Guide through the recovery form process
      • Review the situation and advise on next steps

However, even Support cannot override security policies: they cannot send verification codes on request or directly modify locked account data without successful verification.

For direct assistance with sign-in and account issues, use these official support entry points from the context:

    • For a locked Microsoft account and verification-code issues, see the guidance under “Microsoft account has been locked” and “Troubleshooting verification code issues.”
    • If unable to sign in and general troubleshooting does not help, use the “I need to talk to a customer support agent” option to reach Microsoft Support and explain the impact on academic/work requirements.

Because certification visibility is tied to the original Microsoft account identity, making the certificate public or transferring it to another account is not something that can be done from outside Microsoft’s secured processes. The only way to regain control of certification sharing is to successfully restore access to the original account through those official channels.
