Topology is missing under network watcher monitoring

I have created a RG with 3 virtual networks, network watcher RG was created by AZure, both in same region "France Central". When I visit the Network watcher I don't see "Topology" in the 2 places

    Topology is no longer accessed from the Network Watcher resource blade itself, which is why it does not appear under Monitoring there.

    In Microsoft Azure Network Watcher, the Topology feature is only available when the virtual network contains supported resources such as virtual machines or network interfaces.

    Even though the Resource Group, Virtual Networks, and Network Watcher are correctly deployed in the same region (France Central), the Topology option will not appear if the VNets are empty.

    To enable the Topology view, please deploy at least one virtual machine or a resource with a network interface into the virtual network. Once such resources are present, the Topology feature should become visible in both:

    • Network Watcher
    • Virtual Network blade
