I have ot received my microsoft certification yet

Use the Certification Dashboard and Microsoft Credentials Support to resolve this.

1. Verify the certification is actually earned
   • Go to the certification or exam details pages and confirm all required exams are passed for that credential: certification or exam details pages.
2. Check the correct Microsoft Learn profile
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and ensure the right account is used.
   • If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist (personal vs. work/school), sign out and try each possible account.
   • The congratulations email for a passed exam goes to the Contact Email in the Learn profile; if the certification is not visible when following that email’s profile link, it may be associated with a different profile. Try logging in with that other account.
3. Look for the certificate and badge in the Certification Dashboard
   • Open the Certification Dashboard: Access your Certification Dashboard.
   • To download certificates:
     1. In the “Certificates” section, select View Certificates.
     2. Select the certificate name, then download it (single certificate or .zip with multiple certificates).
   • To view your transcript, use View Transcript in the “Transcript” section and download/email/share as needed.
4. Consider special cases
   • If the certification requires multiple exams, the certificate is only issued after the final required exam is passed.
   • Exams taken via Certiport do not appear in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed via the Certiport account.
   • Some legacy certifications no longer appear in Learn profiles.
5. If the certification or certificate is still missing
   • Use Microsoft Credentials Support so the credentials team can check the account and fix missing certificates or badges: Microsoft Credentials Support or the shortcut flow at https://aka.ms/credentialssupport as described in the Q&A posts.

If the exam was scheduled or delivered through Pearson VUE and there is doubt about delivery status, confirm with Pearson VUE first, then work with Microsoft Credentials Support for any missing result or certificate.
