Restore credentials to current account

Old MCP/MCSE records can be associated with a current Learn profile, but this is not done directly by self-service using only the old MCP ID. The supported path is to work with Microsoft Credentials Support.

Use the official certification support channel and request help to locate and associate the legacy MCP ID with the current Learn profile:

1. Go to Microsoft Credentials Support help: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
2. Open a support request and provide the old MCP ID and any other identifying details they request (such as name, email(s) used at the time, and certification details).

If there are multiple Learn profiles involved, they can be merged so that certification data is combined under one profile. Learn profiles (and their certification data) can be merged, but content cannot be transferred arbitrarily between unrelated profiles.
