A client needs to enter to his CustomerSource Business Center to review his Dynamics GP information.

CustomerSource has been retired. Access to the content that previously lived there (including information for on-premises products like Dynamics GP) is now provided through the replacement resources.

Client access to their former CustomerSource information is no longer managed through PartnerSource Business Center. Instead, direct the client to use the updated entry points for customer accounts and resources:

1. Have the client sign in with their customer account to the CustomerSource Center replacement:
   • Use Access your Customer Account- CustomerSource (Center) to reach the customer account experience.
2. For lifecycle and implementation-related assets, direct them to Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services.
3. If the client needs downloadable materials that used to be on CustomerSource, they must already have the appropriate customer account access; they can review how to access this via the CustomerSource Help and How-To resources.

As a partner, configuration of the client’s access is now based on ensuring their customer account is correctly associated with their organization and has the appropriate permissions in these updated portals, rather than granting access through PartnerSource Business Center.
