Hi all,

I'm trying to sign a Windows driver and need access to the Microsoft Windows Hardware Developer Program.

The goals I am trying to achieve: - Sign a driver for Windows using the standard Microsoft hardware signing process.

The issue: - I've followed the steps in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/dashboard/hardware-program-register to register for the Hardware Developer Program. After uploading the EV extended validation certificate, I haven't received any email to proceed with next steps, and the hardware dashboard is also not visible in Partner Center.

However, when I go to Programs > Settings in Microsoft Partner Center, the Hardware Developer Program is NOT visible/available. - I have Global Admin permissions, No follow-up email after uploading EV certificate, the Hardware Dashboard is missing.

My question: - How do I get access to the Hardware Dashboard if it's "Active" but not visible in the Partner Center? - Is there any way to manage or join the Hardware Program? - Is there an alternative process for signing Windows drivers now?

Any advice or escalation contacts would be highly appreciated!

Thanks in advance
