Exam and course completions now appear directly in the Microsoft Learn profile rather than in the old Certification Dashboard.
To view and save the GH-300 GitHub Copilot certificate:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to take GH-300.
- Open the Credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
- Look under the Certifications (or Credentials) section for the GitHub Copilot (GH-300) certification.
- Open the certification, then use the Print option in the browser and choose Save as PDF to keep a copy. Certificates are no longer provided as direct downloads; they must be viewed/printed and saved as PDF.
If the GH-300 certification does not appear:
- Allow up to 24–48 hours after passing the exam for it to show on the Learn profile.
- Confirm that the correct Learn account is being used (some users have multiple accounts). See the guidance in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article.
- If it still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the account and exam records: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport or the support links in the Missing Certifications article.
For urgent proof of completion, also use the Transcript feature:
- Go to the Learn profile (avatar → Profile → Transcript).
- Verify that GH-300 appears in the transcript.
- Use Print → Save to PDF to share with an employer.
