i need to change my legal name

Legal name changes for certification exams cannot be done through Microsoft Learn profile settings and must be handled by certification support.

To request a correction to the legal name for the AI-900 exam, submit a support request to the Microsoft Credentials/Certification support team immediately and explain that the registered exam name does not match the ID and that the exam is scheduled for today. Use this support entry point:

• Open a case for exam profile/name issues and provide:
  • Full legal name as on ID (Norah Abdullah Abu Hayd)
  • Microsoft Certification ID (if available)
  • Exam code and scheduled date/time (AI-900, April 6th, 10:30 PM)

Only the official support team can update the legal name used for exam registration; community or forum moderators cannot change it.

If support cannot process the change in time, the exam provider/proctor may still deny admission if the name does not match the ID, so contacting support as soon as possible is critical.
