First create a Microsoft Learn profile https://aka.ms/MyMicrosoftLearnProfile

Book the exam from the certification page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/azure-fundamentals#certification-take-the-exam and Select book with Pearson Vue

You will then find your exam appointment on your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab and you can start your exam from there
