redeemed 1000 robux as reward, it still hasn't credit to my account. Been 2 days. my points are also gone yet no robux has been given.

    I understand you have not received your rewards yet. Please check your email for the confirmation message related to your redeemed rewards. Make sure you are signed in with the same email account you used to redeem your points, and do not forget to check your spam or other folders in case the email was filtered there.

    If you are signed in to the correct account and still cannot find the email, I recommend reviewing the order history in your Microsoft Rewards account. From there, you can select Resend to have the digital code sent again. You can access your order history using the link below. The email should arrive within 24 hours:

    If the email has not arrived after 24 hours, I suggest reaching out to the Microsoft Rewards team for support. You can do this by visiting the link below and filling out the form.
