Optional diagnostic data not switching on

So today I tried to switch on the "Send optional diagnostic data" in Windows 11 because I wanted to try the Insider program but when I switch it on it switches it self back off I don't know if this is common on an Acer laptop, let me know though.

    If you have Home edition then you can try to turnit on using in regiedt.Steps to Turn On Optional Diagnostic Data (Regedit):

    1. Press Windows Key + R, type regedit, and click OK.
    2. Navigate to the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection
    3. On the right side, find MaxTelemetryAllowed. If it does not exist, right-click, choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value, and name it MaxTelemetryAllowed.
    4. Double-click MaxTelemetryAllowed and set its Value data to 3 (Full).
    5. If you have a AllowTelemetry entry in the same folder, set it to 3.
    6. Restart your PC.

    If you have Pro edition then you can also try to use group policy editor:

    1. Press Win + R, type gpedit.msc, and click OK to open the Local Group Policy Editor.
