New android and now my workplace onedrive will not work

I cannot use onedrive on my android. I have uninstalled apps, cleared data and cache, reinstalled, set up the accounts and the onedrive is still showing correct photo, correct email, but incorrect account info. It shows as personal account and storage is full so outlook and onedrive are no longer working. I have a workplace account with 2TB and I cannot change or add to log into that account in app. I do not use the onedrive personal and it should be empty, it now has my workplace files on it but of course it doesn't work since it states I am over storage limit and will not open unless I buy more. I need the personal onedrive account deleted and I need to be able to log into my onedrive workplace account so I can sync files and open files again.

I purchased through godaddy and they will not help me and will not escalate. They keep saying contact microsoft. But of course I cannot contact microsoft and there is no microsoft customer service and even if I get a human, they will say contact godaddy. I am at the end of my rope on this. Any help is appreciated very much.
