To access and download proof of the Azure Fundamentals certification and related history, use the Microsoft Learn profile and Certification/Transcript features.
- Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile
- Go to the Learn profile page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/
- Sign in with the same account used to take the Azure Fundamentals exam.
- View the certification (Azure Fundamentals)
- In the left menu, select Credentials.
- Select the Certifications tab.
- Find Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and select View certification details.
- Use the Print option in the certification details page, then choose Save to PDF in the printer dialog to create a downloadable certificate file.
- Access certificates, badges, and transcript from the Certification area
- From the Certification Dashboard (see Access your Certification Dashboard in the documentation), use:
- View Certificates to see and print/download certification certificates.
- View Transcript to access the official certification transcript.
- For certificates:
- Select View Certificates.
- Select the Azure Fundamentals certificate.
- Use the download/print options, or print and choose Save to PDF.
- For the certification transcript:
- Select View Transcript.
- Use PDF to download a PDF copy, Email to send it, or Share to generate a shareable link.
- From the Certification Dashboard (see Access your Certification Dashboard in the documentation), use:
- View and download the full Learn transcript (certifications + modules)
- While signed in to Microsoft Learn:
- Select the profile avatar → Profile.
- In the left menu, select Transcript.
- This transcript shows all successfully completed certifications and modules, including Azure Fundamentals.
- To share or download:
- Select Share link to generate an online link to send to others.
- Select Print, then choose Save to PDF to download a PDF copy.
- While signed in to Microsoft Learn:
- Check transcript sharing and privacy settings
- In the Transcript section of the Learn profile, configure what information is shared for Print and Sharing.
- Ensure the overall profile privacy setting is not set to Private Mode if sharing with others.
If the Azure Fundamentals certification or certificate does not appear, use the Certification support or Credentials support options in the documentation to open a support request.
