Last year I wrote PL-300 Power BI exam i forgot my email but i have certificate with registration: 502886404 and candidate id: [Moderator note: PII removed], i want to renew my powebi certification for that i need to remind my email address.name

Certification support cannot disclose or look up the email address associated with an exam or certification from registration or candidate IDs.

To regain access and renew the PL-300 / Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification, follow these steps:

1. Try all possible Microsoft accounts
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with any personal, work, or school Microsoft accounts that may have been used.
   • After signing in, go to the profile → Certifications tab and check whether the PL-300 certification appears.
   • The certification will only show under the Learn profile that was used when registering for the exam.
2. Use the “missing certifications” guidance
   • Review the credential requirements to confirm the correct certification and exam: certification or exam details pages.
   • Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used and that multiple profiles are not causing confusion.
   • If multiple profiles exist, sign in with each possible login and check which one contains the certification.
3. If the certification does not appear on any profile
   • Follow the “Contact Support” steps in the missing certifications article.
   • Use the Microsoft Credentials Support channel to open a support ticket, provide registration ID and candidate ID, and ask them to locate and associate the certification with the correct Learn profile.
4. Renew the certification once the profile is found
   • Role-based certifications such as “Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate” expire after 12 months.
   • Renewal is only possible by passing the free online renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn.
   • The renewal assessment becomes available 6 months before the certification expiration date and must be passed before expiration; renewal after expiration is not possible.
   • To check renewal eligibility, sign in to the correct Learn profile, go to Profile → Certifications, and look for the blue Renew button next to the certification.

If the certification has already expired and the renewal window has passed, the certification must be earned again by passing the required exam.
