Issue Downloading AI-900 Certification

Since the AI-900 exam is showing as successfully delivered with Pearson VUE, but the certificate is not available for download, the issue needs to be handled through Microsoft’s credentials support channels rather than Pearson VUE.

Take these steps:

1. Verify the certification is in the correct Learn profile
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the profile that was used when registering for the AI-900 exam.
   • Check the Credentials → Certifications section to confirm whether the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) certification appears.
   • If it does not appear, review the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications:
     • Confirm that the correct account is being used (work/school vs personal account).
     • Try signing in with any other Microsoft accounts that might have been used when scheduling the exam.
     • Remember that the congratulations email is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may differ from the sign-in account.
2. Check whether the certificate is available but not downloaded
   • If the AI-900 certification appears in the Certifications list, go to the Certification Dashboard (see “Access your Certification Dashboard”).
   • In the dashboard, use View Certificates in the Certificates section.
   • If the AI-900 certificate is listed, select it and use the download option to obtain a PDF or ZIP file.
3. If the certification or certificate is still missing
   • Follow the official Missing Exams or Certifications guidance:
     • Confirm that the AI-900 exam passed is indeed the one required for the Azure AI Fundamentals certification by checking the certification details page (linked from the AI-900 study guide under “How to earn the certification”).
     • If, after confirming accounts and requirements, the certification or certificate still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support as instructed:
       • Use the Microsoft Credentials Support link provided in the Missing Certifications article to open a support request.
       • Provide exam details (exam code AI-900, date of completion, and Pearson VUE confirmation) so the support team can investigate and fix the profile or award the certificate.
4. If the exam was taken via Certiport
   • If AI-900 was completed through Certiport instead of Pearson VUE, note that exams and certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile.
   • In that case, manage and share the credential directly from the Certiport account and contact Certiport Customer Service for any account or certificate issues.

If none of the above resolves the issue, the only path to correction is through a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support, as they are the team that can adjust certification records and re-enable access to certificates.
