Hello Team,

I have successfully cleared the AI-900 certification on 27 March 2026; however, I am unable to download the certificate.

I have already checked with the Pearson VUE team, and they confirmed that everything is fine from their end. They advised me to contact the Microsoft team for further assistance.

Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it?
