Unable to View Microsoft SC-100 Certification

SC-100 is showing as a passed exam in the Certifications tab, but the associated certification and certificate are not yet available. When an expected certification or certificate is missing from the Learn profile, the supported path is to work with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can verify the exam result, confirm the correct profile, and attach the certification to the account.

Use these steps:

1. Confirm that the correct Microsoft Learn profile is being used, especially if multiple Microsoft accounts exist. Missing credentials can occur if the exam was scheduled under a different profile or login account.
2. If the certification still does not appear in the Certifications/Transcript area or the certificate cannot be downloaded from the Certification Dashboard, open a support case with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can fix the profile and certification mapping.

To contact support, use the Certification support channel referenced in the Learn documentation and Q&A moderator guidance. Provide exam SC-100 details (date, provider, and registration ID if available) and indicate that the exam shows as passed in the Learn profile but the certification and certificate are missing.
