How can my kids play 2 Xboxes at the same without them creating accounts?

Both of my kids are underage and I absolutely refuse to register emails for them because of that fact. So how can I get both of my Xboxes set up so they can both play at the same time under my account? I find it very hard to believe that Microsoft would not have something like this enabled.
