Hello,

I have been unsuccessful with accessing and downloading Microsoft Visio. I attend Purdue Global and our Azure student accounts is supposed to have 74 software. I only have 28 and not the entre software availability in order to complete school assignments. I have taken this class 2 times already. I have submitted tickets with no response or access. I have also notified professors and told to do the above steps stated. I need help to gain access to all software.
