Learning path shows completed but ‘All module assessments passed’ badge is missing.

The “All module assessments passed” badge is tied specifically to passing the module’s assessment, not just completing the learning units.

For the learning module referenced, ensure the following:

1. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to take the module.
2. Open the module and verify that every unit, including the Module assessment unit, is marked as completed.
   • For example, in modules like:
     • Ask questions and analyze content with Microsoft 365 Copilot
     • Create and draft with Microsoft 365 Copilot
     • Edit and transform content with Microsoft 365 Copilot
     • Explore the possibilities with Microsoft 365 Copilot
     • The treasure hunt for AI skills each has a Module assessment unit at the end that must be passed.
3. If the assessment was started but not fully submitted, reopen the Module assessment unit and complete all questions until the result is recorded.
4. After passing, allow some time for the badge/achievement to sync to the profile, then check the Achievements / Credentials area of the Microsoft Learn profile again.

If the module and its assessment all show as completed and the badge is still missing, this becomes a credentials/achievements issue. In that case, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the account and fix the missing badge.
