Tag not monitored by Microsoft.
The most likely cause is that the activity is being viewed under a different or not-signed-in Microsoft Learn profile, so the history and achievements from 19th March are not appearing on the current profile view.
To verify and recover the visible history:
- Confirm sign-in
- Ensure sign-in with the exact same Microsoft account that was used when completing the units on 19th March.
- If using multiple accounts (work/school and personal), sign out of all, then sign back in with the account used for those achievements.
- Check the Transcript
- Go to the Learn profile page:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/. - In the left column, select Transcript.
- Verify whether the units and completions from 19th March appear there. The transcript shows training modules completed, exams, certifications, and Applied Skills.
- Go to the Learn profile page:
- Check Achievements
- On the same profile page, select Achievements in the left column.
- Confirm whether badges/trophies/XP from those units are present. If they are visible here but not where expected, the profile is intact and the issue may be with how progress is being viewed in a specific course or collection.
- Check Credentials (if applicable)
- In the Learn profile, select Credentials in the left column.
- Review the Certifications and Applied Skills tabs to confirm whether any related credentials from that date are still present.
- If the profile was previously linked or migrated (for example, from Microsoft Educator Center)
- Make sure sign-in is with the same credentials that were used before migration.
- If there was an MEC account, ensure it was linked and data migrated as described in the educator FAQ; otherwise, some historical achievements might not appear until that step is completed.
If, after confirming the correct account and checking Transcript and Achievements, the 19th March history is still missing, contact Microsoft Learn support for direct investigation of the specific profile and dates.
