I could'nt restablize authebtificathor accounts ando I don't hace othe login options

I need to login in my Outlook accounts but even if I know my passwords I can't login because I can't get authebtificathor password because I los my old phone

Hi Karen Alva ,

Thanks for reaching out. If you’ve lost access to your old phone and can’t receive codes from Microsoft Authenticator, signing in isn’t possible using just the password when MFA is enforced.

If this account belongs to a work or school tenant, please contact your Global Administrator and ask them to reset your MFA settings or re-register your authentication methods. Once MFA is reset, you should be able to sign in and set up Authenticator again on your new device.

If you are the only Global Administrator and no other admin account exists, please share the details requested over private message.
