Account Vetting Pending and Access Restricted (Error 401)

My EV Certificate is Active, but my Legal Info Vetting status is stuck on 'Pending'. When I try to view details, I get a 'Program Not Found' error. Also, my account is restricted from the Hardware Dashboard and Outlook gives a 401 CannotResolveExternalDirectoryOrganizationIdException. Since my account is restricted, the system does not allow me to create a written support ticket. Could a Microsoft engineer please manually trigger a directory sync or create a backend support ticket for my account to fix my vetting state?

Hi again. I successfully completed the Identity Verification step, and my official company documents have been 'Provided' for Business/Employment Verification. However, the status has been stuck on 'Pending Microsoft Action' for days, and the estimated date keeps pushing back automatically. Since my account is still restricted (401 error), I cannot open a regular support ticket from the dashboard. Could a moderator please escalate my vetting process to the review team so they can check my uploaded documents?
