Completed Practice Exam

To review results of a Microsoft certification Practice Assessment on Microsoft Learn:

1. Go to the certification/exam details page where the Practice Assessment was started.
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to take the assessment.
3. Open the Practice Assessment again; after completion, a score report is shown with:
   • Overall score
   • Correct answer for each question
   • Rationale and links to additional learning resources
4. On the same certification/exam details page, view results from previous attempts in the Practice Assessment section.

This lets assessment performance be reviewed as many times as needed, since Practice Assessments are free and can be retaken without limit.
