Hi @Klaas Karregat,
Good day, and I appreciate how clearly you outlined your concern.
From your description, you would like to stop your Visio Plan 2 subscription immediately, however the Visio Plan 2 subscription is not currently visible when you sign in to your Microsoft account.
This usually happens when the subscription is linked to a different sign in identity than the one currently being used, for example a work or school account tenant instead of a personal Microsoft account. It can also occur when the purchase was completed through a third party channel such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or a reseller, because cancellations must be processed through that same channel rather than from the Microsoft account subscription list.
To request a correction or reissue, I recommend creating a support ticket with Microsoft’s Billing team, who can review the invoice and assist further to check your credit card charge correctly. This is the best way to ensure your request is handled securely and appropriately.
Please try these steps below to get in touch with the Billing team:
Option 1: Cancel Visio Plan 2 subscription from the Microsoft 365 admin center
- Sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center using a work or school admin account that has billing permissions, such as Global admin or Billing admin, in the same organization tenant where Visio was purchased or assigned.
- Go to Billing, then Your products, open the Products tab, find Visio Plan 2, select More actions, then select Cancel subscription, choose a reason, and select Save.
- If Visio Plan 2 is not listed, the subscription may be under a different tenant associated with your work or school identity, so signing in with the correct tenant admin account is the key step to make it visible for cancellation.
Option 2: Create support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- First, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your admin account; if you don’t have access, please contact your IT administrator for support.
- Next, open Help & Support by selecting the green button on the dashboard, so the support panel appears.
- Finally, search and submit your request by entering “I want to cancel the Visio Plan 2 and get a refund,” then choose your contact method, time zone, and language, add details and any attachments, and click Contact me (a callback can help faster).
- Please keep Tenant Name, Primary Domain, Global Admin Email, and payment proof (transaction ID or screenshot) ready.
- The support team may be able to reissue the invoice depending on your account type and region.
Option 3: Reach out to Microsoft support via phone
Moreover, if you cannot sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, please contact Microsoft Support via phone number: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support - Select your country/region own phone number for support.
