AZ-800 certificate not visible

AZ-800 is one of the two required exams for the Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification. Passing AZ-800 alone does not yet grant the certification certificate; the certificate is only issued after all required exams are passed.

For this certification, both of the following must be passed:

• Exam AZ-800: Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure
• Exam AZ-801

Only after passing both AZ-800 and AZ-801 will the Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certificate appear in the Certificates tab.

To verify and access certificates when eligible:

1. Go to the Certification Dashboard (from your Learn profile).
2. Select View Certificates in the Certificates section.
3. Download or preview available certificates from the list shown.

If, after passing all required exams, the certification still does not appear, use Microsoft Credentials Support to open a support request so the credentials team can review the account and fix missing credentials.
