I am writing to raise a concern regarding the availability of gift cards in Microsoft Rewards, specifically the Croma gift card in India. It has been over a month, and the Croma gift card continues to show as “out of stock” or currently unavailable.

I would like to understand:

    When the Croma gift card will be restocked in India

    Whether it has been temporarily removed or permanently discontinued

    If there are any alternative redemption options planned for Indian users
Many users, including myself, have been saving reward points specifically for this redemption. The long unavailability has been quite disappointing.

I kindly request you to provide an update or timeline regarding the restocking of these gift cards.

Unfortunately, there is no specific timeframe for restocking out‑of‑stock codes.

In the meantime, I would recommend saving your rewards points and checking the Rewards Store from time to time.
