My Minecraft realm doubled and it won't let me cancel the subscription

The new Realm is a separate subscription from the old one, and each Realm subscription must be cancelled individually through the Microsoft account that was charged.

Use these steps to cancel and then pursue a refund:

1. Go to the Microsoft Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy the new Realm.
2. Find the new Minecraft Realms subscription in the list.
3. Select Manage.
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what is shown).
5. Follow the on‑screen steps to complete cancellation.

Important details from the Realms terms and subscription rules:

• Realms is a recurring subscription for a personal multiplayer server. After any promotional period, it continues to be charged at the then‑current price plus taxes unless cancelled. Cancellation must be done in the Microsoft account.
• If Minecraft is played through Game Pass, Realms is still a separate subscription. Each subscription (Game Pass and each Realm) must be purchased and cancelled separately.

If cancellation still does not appear or does not work:

1. Confirm the correct Microsoft account is being used. If the wrong account is signed in, the subscription will not show up.
2. If the subscription was purchased through a third‑party store (Google Play or Apple App Store), cancellation and refund must be handled through that store’s support, not Microsoft:

   • For Apple App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple support.
3. If the subscription shows but there is no Cancel option and it has already been billed, follow the refund process for Microsoft subscriptions:

Once the unwanted Realm subscription is cancelled and a refund request is submitted (if eligible), the original Realm can be renewed or recreated using the correct subscription.
