Copilot icon Missing from Excel - M365 Business Standard

The Copilot icon within excel for mac keeps dropping out of the app. Its available in word, outlook and online version of excel, but it constantly drops out of excel for mac.

I have a valid license, have done all updates and refreshed license to no avail. It is not blocked by our administrator
