How do I add a contact group in Outlook 2021?

This stupid version is very hard to use. I should go back to an old one.

How in the hell do you creat a Contact Group in Outlook 2021?

If you are still not able to create a new Outlook Contacts List, type "Not Solved" in the "Add Comment" box below and then click the [Add Comment] button. I will try to offer some suggestions on what you can do next.

I accidentally found that the New Contact Group does not appear when I have selected Contacts-iCloud or IPhone Contacts, but does when Contacts is selected. So I created the New Contact Group in Contacts and moved it to Contacts-iCloud. Stupid

If your intent was to create a new iCloud Group, I see iCloud -> Create New Group on the far right of the ribbon.

Or from the iCloud tab on the main menu.

But I don't think that is what you want. An iCloud Group is just a separate iCloud Contacts folder. Not a distribution list like a standard Classic Outlook Contacts List.

I created the New Contact Group in Contacts and moved it to Contacts-iCloud.

I did the same, and while it shows up and works OK in Outlook. I do not see it syncing to my iCloud Contacts. Same for you?

To create a Contact Group (contact list) in Outlook 2021 (classic Outlook for Windows):

On the Navigation bar at the bottom, select People to switch to the Contacts view.
On the Home tab, select New Contact Group.
In the Contact Group window, type a name for the group in the Name box.
On the Contact Group tab, select Add Members, then choose one of:
- From Outlook Contacts
- From Address Book
- New E-mail Contact
Select or enter the people to add, then choose OK.
When finished, select Save & Close.
