Subtotal dialog dropdowns unresponsive in Hebrew UI (RTL)

This behavior matches known issues where certain features misbehave when a non‑English display language is used. In this case, it is very likely related to the Hebrew (RTL) UI rather than anything being misconfigured.

To work around the problem when the Hebrew interface is active:

1. Temporarily switch the Office display language to English when using the Subtotal dialog:
   • Open any Office app.
   • Go to File → Options → Language.
   • In Office display language, move English to the top or set it as the default.
   • Restart Excel, use the Subtotal dialog (the dropdowns should now work), then switch back to Hebrew if desired.
2. If the issue persists even after language switching, or if this is impacting many users, collect details (Office build, Windows version, steps to reproduce) and open a support case so that the behavior can be tracked as a localization/RTL bug.
