i had completed my az-900 certification, i lost the certificate

To recover and download the lost AZ-900 certificate, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn / Certification Dashboard
   • Go to the Certification Dashboard: Access your Certification Dashboard.
2. Download the certificate
   • In the Certification Dashboard, go to the Certificates section.
   • Select View Certificates.
   • Find the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certificate in the list.
   • Select the checkbox next to it.
   • Choose Download to get a PDF or a .zip file if downloading multiple certificates.
3. If the certificate does not appear
   • Confirm that the correct Microsoft account is being used (the same one used when registering for and taking the exam). If there are multiple accounts, sign out and try each one.
   • Verify that the AZ-900 certification is actually listed under the profile’s credentials. If not, review the certification requirements and account details as described in the missing-certifications guidance.
   • If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the guidance in the missing-certifications article so support can locate and fix the record.

Once visible in the dashboard, the certificate can be downloaded and shared again at any time.
