Microsoft does not acknowledge the sign in of the Administrator

To run command utilities with full administrative rights, the account must either:

1. Be a member of the local Administrators group, and
2. Explicitly start the tool “as administrator,” or
3. Use the built-in Administrator account (if enabled).

Try these steps:

1. Run a command as administrator
   • Locate the command or app (for example, Command Prompt or PowerShell) in Start.
   • Right‑click it and select Run as administrator.
   • Approve the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
   • If the account has admin rights, the tool will now run elevated.
2. Enable and use the built‑in Administrator account (if needed) If files or settings are tied to the built‑in Administrator profile, or the current account is not elevating correctly, enable the built‑in Administrator and sign in with it:
   1. In the search box, type Computer Management and open the Computer Management desktop app.
   2. In the left pane, select Local Users and Groups → Users.
   3. Find the user named Administrator. If it has a down arrow on its icon, it is disabled.
   4. Double‑click Administrator to open Properties.
   5. Clear the Account is disabled check box and select Apply.
   6. Sign out, then sign in again using the Administrator account.
   7. Run the needed command utilities from this account (they will run with full administrative rights by default).

If the account still cannot elevate, verify that it is actually in the Administrators group in Computer Management → Local Users and Groups → Users → [your account] → Member Of and add it to Administrators if it is missing.
