The $150 monthly Azure credit is a Visual Studio subscriber benefit and must be activated as a special Azure subscription on the same identity that holds the Visual Studio subscription.

From the screenshot, the Microsoft Account (MSA) currently signed in has no Azure subscriptions yet, so the credit subscription hasn’t been created/activated.

    Use these steps:

    1. Confirm the correct identity
      • Go to https://my.visualstudio.com/subscriptions and sign in.
      • Verify which email/identity actually has the Visual Studio subscription that includes the $150 credit (for example, “Visual Studio Enterprise Standard”).
      • If multiple subscriptions or identities exist, switch accounts until the correct subscription is visible.
    2. Activate the Azure credit subscription
      • While signed in with that same identity (or configured alternate identity), follow the “Activation steps” from the Azure credit article referenced in the Visual Studio subscriber FAQ. This creates the special “Azure Dev/Test” subscription that carries the $150 monthly credit.
      • After activation, sign in to the Azure portal with the same identity and go to Subscriptions → you should now see the new Azure subscription instead of the “Welcome to Azure / Start with an Azure free trial” page.
    3. If the subscription still doesn’t appear
      • Make sure the credits were not already activated on a different MSA (for example, a work account vs. a personal MSA). If necessary, sign out and try other MSAs that might have been used.
      • If the Visual Studio subscription has expired or been removed, the monthly Azure credit (and its subscription) is no longer available.
      • For any Azure-subscription–related problems that persist, submit an Azure support request as described in the Visual Studio subscriber FAQ.

    Key points from the documentation:

    • Only certain Visual Studio subscription levels are eligible for monthly Azure credits.
    • Credits must be activated using the email associated with the Visual Studio subscription (or a configured alternate identity).
    • When the Visual Studio subscription ends, the monthly credit and its Azure subscription end as well.
