Can't sign in on MS Word and MS PowerPoint on my smart phone

Hello, can you confirm if you can sign in at account.microsoft.com using your phone browser?

This loop in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint is usually caused by the web sign in component. Go to Settings, Apps, open Android System WebView and Google Chrome, clear cache and data, then update both from Play Store. Do the same for Google Chrome and Android System WebView since the sign in page uses them. After that, open Chrome, go to account.microsoft.com and sign in once to confirm the account works. Then open Word or PowerPoint and sign in again. If it still loops, check Date and Time in Settings and set it to automatic, since incorrect time blocks sign in.

After entering my gmail Id to sign in, it doesn’t load or proceed further. I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the apps but nothing changes.
