ESI LxP ERR-556 – Original linked work email is discontinued, need account migration

I'm getting an ERR-556 error when trying to sign in to the LxP portal.

The system says my current email is not associated with the LxP account and asks me to sign in with an old work email address.

The old email address has been permanently discontinued and is no longer in use.

My current active work email is different but belongs to the same user identity.

I have tried:

• Troubleshoot flow, which only loops between work account and MSA login
• Support portals, which also cause infinite login loops
• Company admin is not able to assist with this issue
• Phone support is not available for this type of issue

I need help:

1. To migrate my existing LxP profile, enrolled courses, and access from the old discontinued email to my current active work email.
2. Reset the MSA linkage so I can relink my personal Microsoft account.
3. Resolve the ERR-556 error permanently.
