I don't have an account, and I submitted the application for more than a week, but there isn't any feedback from Microsoft. When I try to submit support ticket, the website needs login. I don't know where I can get help.

For a new Partner Center company (developer) account, the normal verification and support paths are:

    1. Allow normal verification time
      • Employment verification typically takes about two hours once details are correct.
      • Business verification usually takes one to two business days after all required documents are submitted.
      • Support tickets are generally resolved within about a week.
Since the application has been pending for more than a week with no feedback, use the escalation options below.
    2. Use the Partner Center help and support channel
    3. If sign-in is not possible
      • Use the general Partner Center support entry points listed under Support from Microsoft:
        • Follow the guidance in Create tickets and View support resources in the Partner Center to reach the correct support channel for Partner Center issues.
      • For account-access–type problems (for example, cannot sign in to complete or track the application), use the account access problems guidance in Which support portal should I use? to choose the correct support contact based on partner type.
    4. Escalate if there is still no response
      • If a support ticket has already been created and there is no update after seven business days, send an email to teamsubm@microsoft.com with:
        • Subject: Partner Center Account Issue for <your app name>
        • In the body: your support ticket number, seller ID (if available), and a screenshot of the issue.
    5. Additional resources
      • For general Partner Center account issues and publishing questions, use the resources listed under “Where else can I go for Partner Center help?”, including the Microsoft 365 app submission FAQ and Commercial marketplace documentation.
