Whether I attempt to print wirelessly (from iPhone 14) or from my laptop, any and/or EVERY document that I "think" I'm printing, comes out completely blank/white. I cannot figure out why this is happening. I have Multiple Sclerosis, so I'm already dealing with the messages and information in my brain, not connecting like they should. I definitely don't need this happening to my laptop/iPhone 14/Printer, too! It has become very overwhelming and frustrating when I'm trying to print important documents and they all come out blank! PLEASE HELP! Thanks so much,
Kim

Follow these steps to narrow down and fix the issue of blank pages when printing from both iPhone and laptop:
services from the taskbar), find Print Spooler, right‑click it, and select Restart. If none of these steps change the behavior and the printer’s own test page is blank, the next step is to work with the printer manufacturer’s support, as that points to a hardware or firmware issue rather than Microsoft software.
