Windows 11 Pro build 26300.8085 - Full screen cross-hairs with mouse cursor

Since this build was installed, my cursor is accompanied by grey cross-hairs all the time. Any ideas for turning this off?

    So, I have installed Power Toys. The option was Off. Turning it on only changes the color of the cross-hairs.
