Unable to use my voucher for AZ 400

I had scheduled my exam for 24th March; however, due to a technical issue in the system, I was unable to take the exam today. The proctor advised me to reschedule the exam, but currently, there are no available slots in March.

When I attempt to book a slot in April, I am unable to use my voucher as it appears to have expired.

I kindly request your guidance on how I may resolve this issue and successfully use my voucher to reschedule the exam.

The voucher cannot be applied because its validity period has passed; vouchers must be used (scheduled and taken) before their specific expiration date. Once that date has passed, the system will not allow applying the voucher to a new appointment.

Because the exam could not be taken due to a technical/proctoring issue and the voucher is now unusable, this requires direct support intervention. Use the official certification support channels so the case can be reviewed and, if applicable, the voucher or exam appointment can be adjusted:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Credentials support page and open a certification support request: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
    2. Provide:
      • Exam ID (AZ-400)
      • Original exam date and time
      • Description of the technical issue and that the proctor advised rescheduling
      • Details that the voucher now shows as expired when trying to book in April
    3. If the exam was scheduled through Pearson VUE and there were delivery issues, also contact Pearson VUE support using the link provided on the certification support page so they can document the incident.

Support can investigate the failed session and advise whether the voucher can be reinstated or a new voucher/appointment can be issued.
