To continue editing an existing Sway and update the information before sharing it:

1. Go to the Sway site: open a browser and navigate to the Home page at https://sway.office.com.
2. Sign in with the same account that was used to create the Sway.
3. At the top, select My Sways. This lists all Sways associated with the signed-in account, including ones created and ones shared with that account.
4. Click the Sway that needs editing. This opens it in Authoring view, where changes can be made.
5. In Authoring view, use Storyline to edit content:
   • To add new content (text, images, videos), click the + icon at the bottom of any existing card, or drag and drop content into Storyline.
   • To copy existing cards (for example, to reuse layout or text), select the checkbox in the lower-right corner of a card and press Ctrl+C (PC) or Command+C (Mac), then move to the desired place and press Ctrl+V or Command+V.
6. To adjust overall look and navigation before sending it out, select the Design tab, then Styles. Use Customize to change colors, fonts, and textures, or choose whether the Sway scrolls vertically, horizontally, or appears like a presentation.
7. To see exactly what viewers will see, select Design and then click Play on the top navigation bar to preview the finished Sway.
8. When satisfied, use Share from the top navigation bar to send or update the link, choosing the appropriate privacy option (for example, sharing with specific people, only people in the organization, or anyone with the link).
