I cannot find my scheduled exam under my profile after following the Q&A Assist's instructions. Is there another way to locate it, such as using the MS ID or Registration ID, so I can also confirm which account was used for the scheduling?

To view or reschedule a Microsoft certification exam, use the Learn profile and the exam delivery provider site.

Go to the Learn profile and sign in.
From the avatar menu, select Profile.
In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose Certifications.
Scroll to find the scheduled exam appointment.
If the appointment is active and eligible, Cancel and Reschedule links will appear next to it.
Select Reschedule (or Cancel) and you will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site (for example, Pearson VUE) to complete the change.

Important policy notes:

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time; otherwise the exam fee or voucher may be forfeited.
For free exam offers (such as Ignite/Build Cloud Skills Challenge), rescheduling must be done before the offer expiration date; otherwise the free offer can be lost.

If the appointment does not appear in the Learn profile, or no reschedule option is shown even though the exam is more than 24 hours away, contact Microsoft Certification Support so a moderator can review the exam booking and help restore or adjust the appointment.
