All day today 3/23, since I woke up about 8 hours ago, I've had multiple issues accessing parts of my personal Microsoft account. None of these issues were observed yesterday. I have restarted a couple times, no change to situation.

  1. OneNote - there is a burgundy-color bar immediately below the ribbon that my notes aren't syncing, with a button to push to sign in again. I push that button and it says I have no internet connection - but I do, other apps including Edge run normally and the speed test on taskbar says I have both up and down speeds of about 360 Mb/s which is normal for me.
  2. new Feedback Hub - Can't access. Message is that I have no internet connection - error code 0x0800704cf.
  3. Outlook - no email , schedule, or contacts access. Email received overnight is present, but nothing new today.
  4. Office tools - seem to run normally but all of them are installed on my computer. I don't use Office Online.
  5. OneDrive on my computer - flaky behavior yesterday, but seems OK today running on my SP-11. Cannot access the online version of OneDrive.
  6. Other tools that use the internet (Edge, Quicken, YouTube, others) are working fine.

Running insider dev build 26300.8085 (installed 3/20), on a Surface Pro 11. I have made no change to my setup since installing this build.

Problem resolved using solution found on another forum. Reset the internet connection with the following steps:

    1. Shift to Terminal (admin)
    2. Enter the following shell commands:
      1. netsh winsock reset
      2. netsh int ip reset
      3. ipconfig /flushdns
    3. Restart the computer

    Hi Ray,

Have you tried doing a repair install in Settings?
