I had registered for a virtual training days session on the 23rd and 24th for azure fundamentals. However, I have still not received a confirmation mail nor a join link for the session that starts today at 9 45pm(IST).

For Microsoft Virtual Training Days, confirmation and joining details are sent by the event organizer/Learning Partner, not from Azure or Microsoft Learn directly.

Since the session is imminent and no confirmation or join link has been received, take these steps immediately:

    1. Check all mail folders
      • Look in Inbox, Junk/Spam, Promotions/Other folders for an email from the Virtual Training Days organizer or Learning Partner.
    2. Verify the registration email address
      • Ensure the mailbox being checked matches the email used when registering for the Microsoft Virtual Training Day.
    3. Contact the event organizer/Learning Partner
      • The Learning Partner/event organizer is responsible for confirmations and access details.
      • Go to their site (from any earlier registration page or calendar entry) and use the contact/support details there to request the confirmation and join link, mentioning the event name, dates, and time.
    4. If still no response from the organizer
      • Use the Learning Partner’s other published contact numbers or channels if available.
      • If the event was scheduled via a Training Services Partner surfaced on Microsoft Learn, the Learning Partner remains the support contact for scheduling, confirmation, and access issues.

If the start time passes and no link is received, contact the Learning Partner to confirm whether the registration is valid and ask to be moved to a future session if necessary.
