Jewel New Mode not working

It was working alright for a while and then it started showing those ads even though I have a Premium subscription. Now it just hangs when I go to check it. Sometimes I still get ads. What's going on and when will it be fixed?

Reset the App: Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, find Microsoft Solitaire Collection, choose Advanced Options, and click Reset.

Clear Store Cache: Press Win + R, type wsreset.exe, and hit Enter to clear the cache.

Sign In/Out: Sign out of the Xbox app and Microsoft Store, then sign back in.

Reinstall Gaming Services: Open PowerShell (as admin)then enter this command: start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

After the recent Windows update, I can access all the games except Jewel (new mode). I just get the diamonds cycling as it tries to load. Ive tried all the suggestions and nothing works. I think it must be something on the server side tbh.

Nothing like "Apps and Features", but there is "Installed Apps". So I clicked on that instead, and "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" does not exist in the list of installed programs or "apps".

I just solved my issue after not being able to use Jewel for a while. When you go into the game, it acts like it's finishing up a game, then usually freezes at a point where it's dulled out. I clicked on the "+New Game" button before it finished closing the old game, and it worked after that!
