Try the following steps in order to fix Microsoft Store sign-in issues after a clean Windows install:

    1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache
      1. Press Windows key + R.
      2. Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
      3. A blank Command Prompt window opens; after about 10 seconds it closes and Microsoft Store reopens automatically.
      4. Try signing in again.
    2. Check for Windows and Store updates
      1. Make sure Windows has the latest updates: go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates and install any available updates.
      2. Open Microsoft Store.
      3. Select See more (⋯) > Downloads and updates > Get updates to update Microsoft Store and installed apps.
    3. Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter (Windows 10/11)
      1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot (or System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters depending on version).
      2. Select Windows Store Apps.
      3. Choose Run the troubleshooter and apply any fixes it suggests.
    4. Reinstall or repair apps from Store
      1. In Microsoft Store, select See more (⋯) > My Library.
      2. Reinstall any needed apps by selecting Install next to them.
    5. Check common causes if Store still fails If sign-in or app install still fails, verify:
      • The Microsoft account is correctly added and the PC is authorized as a device.
      • The app or content being accessed is available in the current country/region.
      • No Microsoft family settings are blocking Store access.
      • The device has been restarted after the clean install and updates.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, use the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and Windows Update steps above again to ensure all components are repaired and fully updated.
